When a school bus stops and all the children get off on the curb side and do not cross the roadway, why then put out the stop signs? Also notice on many of the six lane highways where there is a middle turn lane but not a raised median wider than five feet, motorists, especially on the opposite side of the bus, legitimately may not see the bus stopped. Many reasons, larger vehicles in the lanes closest to the bus. The width of a three lane roadway with a middle turn lane just to name a couple. Also notice these buses will stop where there is a break in medians, then requiring all vehicles in both directions to have to stop. I have nearly caused many wrecks on these six lane highways when I stop and virtually everyone else doesnt. There is no legitimate safety issue if the children are not crossing the roadway and I have watched multiple locations where by design, they stayed on the curb side after leaving the bus. All the stops on 19 are like that.

Sour taste in my mouth!
Chief Brammer I know youll read this post and I want you to know that you are a joke! Your ego and stupidity keeps deteriorating the police department. Hard working people keep leaving because they notice that hard work is not appreciated nor noticed in your department. You fire people for no reason to open up space for your church followers. Its moronic how you reward those who go to your church, do no work, and push your corrupted reverse racism agenda. You suck at being a leader and suck more when picking your command staff, you have inadequate Lieutenants that can not make their own decisions especially your favorite Lieutenant who knows nothing. The rumor that circulated in the university must be true, she sucked you so good and thats why you let her run the department. I feel bad for those in your department that are good souls and bust their asses working to undo your mistakes. Those people should be on that stupid employee of the month wall, not those you favorite. Im glad I now longer have to stress about walking into your department, I felt stupid as the days passed. Now I keep my favorite cigar in my pocket waiting for the day you resign.

Someone has to say it
Hey boo, no one in the history of this department has needed so much help so constantly with the RCC with such frequency. If you can not handle the position you should be removed since you appear to have zero shame. Everyone in Area 1 is tired of holding your hand and carrying you every day beacuse every day you can't hold your own. This is why the FTO program has to make it a priority to protect the agency and weed out those who are unwilling to do the job or are incompetent and cannot do the job. Since you appear to have no sense of shame , it's important that you see this. We all have tried to address this over and over and over and over and over , trying to go home to your family and not being able to leave the city and being stuck in traffic at rush hour as a result of bailing you out over and over again is exhausting, many times you left the post to 06 and had multiple calls dumped on the lap of those taking over for you. Have you no shame? No esfacil No ... no..no bueno. You know who you are ,please start making some effort to hold your own, it's shameful that you dont seem to care that you are a train wreck that affects us personally . Asking for help is great, asking for it everyday numerous times a shift and it's just you..... that's no bueno. Action plan?

The $20,000.00 Scott Isreal Gave Wayne Barton in Boca Raton and Scotty's Slush Fund
Our boy Scotty your old friend Gunzy kinda remembers a $20,000.00 check you gave to Wayne Barton and his Boca Raton Non-Profit . He said it was July 7, 2017 in case you had forgotten the date.
Isn't that the same Wayne Barton you were said to have been funnelling the LETF to for those black votes.
Why would you shift Broward County Sheriff's Office Funds across county lines to say that you're buying outdated surplus groceries that were being donated by grocer's to poor folks. How many other checks are out there and what was the total paid.
Let's look at the Diversion Program under Promise that you funnelled funds to Rosalind Osgood and the Mount Olive Development Corporation to keep that program and her reaping a Nice six digit income.
Then we have your pal Pastor John Mohorn whom you hired and ran with throughout North Broward to win the Black vote. He's the same one you and Susan were dancing with on stage at the Faith Center. Seems you hired him, and his son they both did very little work and were richly rewarded with BSO Funds. Now the Good Passah no longer takes your calls and is seen routinely handing out business cards for none other than your replacement Gregory Tony. Scotty I know this is giving you and Ira a headache. But we still remember that early morning phone call Susan had made saying you were possibly suicidal.

Max, we all HATE you. We all saw you at civil service with an attorney trying to demote Melissa B and Lt Lorenseau because you died #1. Youre all about yourself. We are coming for you fat POS. Get the lapel and hang yourself.
Good afternoon to all:
I am writing this text message because I need you help.
This Wednesday 08-21-19 at 1830 hours we will have our regular general meeting at the Miami PBA hall.
At this meeting the past regime is launching an updated false allegation complainant / campaign against me in order to have me thrown out of the lodge because I am 100 % supporting the Audit that our lodge so desperately needs.
My request is for everyone to come to meeting, participate and to hear the factual facts of the second investigation that was conducted so when the old regime starts to push their False narrative you can vote this situation away.
We need to send a clear message to the old regime that tommy Reyes is our president and i am your secretary of our lodge.
What is right is right and I am innocent. Because of current bylaws that we have in place, this type of railroading can occur and must be stopped.
I have been cleared now by two separate investigations that have been conducted. The old guard is stacking the meeting in order to gain as much votes as they can to have me impeached for no cause.
There are sufficient bad actors that have been Attacking me for the obvious reasons but additionally they have a hidden agenda and bad intentions for our lodge.
I really need your help in this and I need for everyone to pass this message to other members so they are also informed, attend the meeting so they can vote for what is right.
Thank you for taking the time in reading this text message and for your support during this tough time for me.

I-Team: Tampa Bay area taxpayers paying for settlement payments in K9 officer bites
$1.8 million paid out since 2016

By: Adam Walser
TAMPA, Fla. Taxpayers shouldered the bill for nearly $2 million in settlement payments for accusations of Tampa Bay area police misusing police dogs and innocent people injured by accidental K-9 bites in the past three years, an I-Team review found.
I-Team Investigator Adam Walser reviewed records for police dog bites for more than 20 local agencies. He found in the majority of cases it was the result of a suspects refusing to surrender and running away.
But the I-Team also found cases of local police forces paying out more than $1.8 million in combined settlements since 2016 for injuries.
An I-Team review found:
Tampa Police Department paid $85,000 to settle two claims since 2017. Both dogs are still on the force
North Port Police settled claims for $1.4 million since 2016 involving five separate dog bite incidents
The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office paid $235,500 to settle two claims involving the same dog

David Haire said he wasn't breaking any laws when a Hillsborough County K-9 attacked him in 2014.
Attacked while leaning on cane
According to an incident report, Haire was a passenger in his friend's vehicle when a deputy pulled them over for an expired tag.
A dog was brought to "sniff" for drugs but didn't find any.
I was just leaning on my cane speaking with another officer and the next thing I knew is when the dog attacked me, said Haire, who lost a leg several years earlier and uses a cane.
My arm was torn open, Haire said. The shoulder itself he had yanked so many times, pulling me around the parking lot. There is severe damage to the shoulder.
The county settled Haire's lawsuit out of court earlier this year for $50,000.
Dog had bitten before
That dog, named Stryker, left the force in 2014 after biting Haire.
PHOTOS: K-9 Officers who protect and serve the Tampa Bay area
But the I-Team uncovered the county also paid a settlement for another incident involving Stryker biting someone else five months before Haire.
So this shouldn't even have happened to me, said Haire when the I-Team told him about the earlier incident.
In an email, a spokesperson for the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office said, One bad bite for a dog can be accidentally. The incident is always heavily reviewed, but since Stryker had two bad bites in one year, it was clear that he needed to be retired.
The I-Team also discovered cases of police dogs even turning on their own.
Deputy, handlers wife injured
In Polk County, a deputy was forced to shoot and kill another deputys K-9 in January.
That deputy was caring for another handlers dog when it bit his hand and wouldnt let go.
In 2017, a St. Petersburg police dog attacked a handler's wife, seriously injuring her.
The city paid $100,000 to settle that case.
St. Petersburg Police Chief Anthony Holloway said his department has strict guidelines on when and how K-9s can be used.
That is a use of force tool and we want to make sure when we deploy that tool, we're using it the correct way, said Chief Holloway.
Holloway said police dogs are only used on felony calls and his department tracks all dog bit incidents.
RELATED: Polk County man arrested after punching, attempting to choke police dog
Since 2016, their 15-dog unit has deployed dogs 4,091 times and been used in 1,023 arrests.
During those cases, dogs bit a suspect on 189 times or about 18.5 percent cases.
If a canine handler has more than 10 bites in six months, then it automatically comes to the attention of myself and my command staff and then we'll review it to make sure there are no issues either with the dog or the handler, said Chief Holloway.
Police dog brought in as suspect was on the ground
Matthew Poulin was lying on the ground when he was bitten multiple times by a North Port police dog, grainy police dash camera video shows.
Poulin, an admitted convicted felon and recovering addict, admits to failing to follow the officers verbal commands.
I was intoxicated. I was drunk. I really didn't pay no mind to the officers, said Poulin, who was stumbling around his yard after a neighbor called police on him.
The police report indicates officers used a stun gun on Poulin as he lay on the ground after a scuffle with police, who then retrieved a dog to apprehend the defendant.
The police video shows Poulin on the ground and the dog biting him multiple times over the course of three minutes before the officer put the dog back in his patrol vehicle.
I wasn't running. This is my own house. Why would you even bring your dog out? said Poulin.
The I-Team reached out to North Port Police about Poulins case and the departments other settlements.
Chief Todd Garrison declined an interview request citing the ongoing criminal case and possible litigation but emailed the following statement:
It should be noted that in previous K9 legal cases the City of North Port and North Port Police Department have never been found guilty of wrongdoing, agreed to a settlement, or paid out tax payer dollars. A third party independent insurance company made decisions to settle without our say and without using taxpayer funds.
North Port Police Chief Todd Garrison
Kurt Middleton, who helped start Tampas K-9 program in the late 1980s, said police dogs have a valid use for law enforcement, but handlers must be careful.
You've put yourself in a high liability area and you're responsible for them, said Middleton, a retired Tampa Police Officer.
They're friendly dogs, but there are certain things that can turn them very unfriendly very fast, said Middleton.
He now owns a security company with bomb-sniffing dogs.
Middleton said he partnered with three K-9s during his career. He told the I-Team his dogs never accidentally bit anyone on the job, but both his wife and son were accidentally bitten at home.
If something happens, he's gonna react because of the training that he's been put through, said Middleton. And it may be aggressive towards a person. And it could be very bad.
