In the future not too far away, Every single police Dept. In the USA will have a hard time recruiting COPS. Why ? Between vast majority of youth are thugs and citizens are not backing up policeman with all this Black Matters crap, this country is going to shit and sinking faster than the Titanic. I have 4 children 1 in Law School the other one in Medical school. The other 2 in high school. I busted my tail working 46 thru the years and I promised myself that none of the 4 be A COP. Being an Officer is NOT what it used to be. Body cam? You are crazy if you stay As a cop. Do 10 years get vested then go Federal like Customs, go work the Port or Airport easiest and safest job in the world checking luggage for illegal sausage and passport. Gravy job compare to Police.
