Some of you may wonder who is the chubby fella always with Capt Screw-up and Sgt. Beats Old Lady, he WAS a good cop at one point, now turned stupid. I remember during his FTO phase how he was happy to be hired and looking to do good work, now he loathes what he has become. We talked a few weeks back, I'm not sure he is in a good mental state.
