We have been under staff for years. Several off duty Jops and assignments are being left without coverage. We are plugging holes with outside agencies that have no idea how we are trained or handle stressful situation. Half the time their communication system are not adaptable to ours. It's just a matter of time before we get a Las Vegas like massacre.
