Every time I go to training or look around me at some stupid class, I see nothing but fat overweight disgusting fu*ks. QRF is filled with the most un athletic mongo's on the planet. I'm sick of seeing these people walking around with their ear pieces talking about details and these *****ies can't even run a dam mile. The physical standards of this agency are horrific. All these skinny fat Sgt's walking around with noodle arms make this agency look like $hit. I don't car about your policy knowledge bro, I want you not to look like a fu*king garbage bag. This agency needs to toughen up! Davie PD, HWPD, FTL, all look 10 times better then us, it's unacceptable. We got Sgt's handing out grocery's, when those fat freaks need to be doing air squats and burpees to lose their filthy bodies. That why swat guys don't associate with anybody but other Swat guys.
