ChuckTear is Levine's political hack, he knoChuckTearws nothing of real public safety or major Metropolitan operations based on his past practices. He clearly portrays himself as a publicly foul mouth, self-serving documented liar with the education of a backwoods Moonshiner. Chuck Tear's reign of tyranny just shows you how ridiculous local politics truly are in Miami Beach! I'm glad Jimmy was able to step up and remove Tear from PSCU, I'm surprised Tear's tour commending PSCU didn't result in documented loss of life (I understand a lot is never documented at DEM/EOC). Now Jimmy needs to give EOC back to the Fire Department and take the GUNS away from Tear's staff! Give City Security back to MBPD and individual department's; and tell Levine if he wants a body guard, use the Police like every other City and County Mayor in Florida!! The City Budget Director should immediately audit/review Tear's Departmental budget (EOC) and see the massive waste in contracted labor, superfluous equipment purchases, rental vehicles (he switches vehicles like an undercover detective), Tear's fuel expense driving to NY State (central Fl.), rental vehicle damage, meals and his housing allowance! As well as, Tear's reign of intimidation and backstabbing via Mayor Levine's authority; O'yeah, how about driving city vehicles (Rentals) aftet publicly drinking and Drug Testing his city employees who carrying Guns! I have no problem with HR218, but that doesn't include on-duty service as a civilian City Employee! A large number of City employees who have rose through the ranks, giving 29 to 31 years of service, throughout many departments have never see 1/10 of what Tear has accumulated in just 4 years. When will this madness end and Tear's sent packing with his central Florida pack of minions!! CLEAR HOUSE AT DEM/EOC!!
