Compression wasn't started during your term and the pay raises haven't been forthcoming. I think there is a strong majority that appreciate the fight you've done to address both issues. According to our County Commissioner, only 3 over the last 30 years of budget petitions to the Governor even made it to the top. Unfortunately the County Administrator didn't stand and confess his broken promises of working on this issue.
