Don't get me wrong! Dinneen needed to go along time ago along with other members who took care of him on the County Council. But NOW Chitwood will believe he is even more powerful than ever! Could be scary times ahead for Volusia County, deputies keep your heads down! He is now the all and powerful OZ!!
