Command Staff don’t know how to handle Jeff Bell!!

The command staff, from DLE, General Council, and the political wing of the Sheriff’s Office, have absolutely no clue how to handle the union tactics of Jeff Bell. He has completely out maneuvered all of them. This has been unprecedented, because the PBA has always folded and did what the administration wanted. Millions of dollars in tax payer money for an administrative staff that is getting their clock cleaned.
