PBA where are you. We are drowning here

With so many problems that continue and new ones that surface why isn’t PBA down here kicking ass and taking names? We have an incompetent Chief so why doesn’t PBA do a vote of no confidence? We have old dinasours running around this place doing zero police work. There are so few who care but the new cops are afraid to upset the routine norm which is completely dysfunctional.
We are the red headed step children to the PBA. They are more concerned with MDPD because it directly affects them.
