Where are the staff Commanders! Why are they MIA?

I haven't seen not even one NET commander working Sat or Sunday. A lot of social media posting on bs? I heard one Major asking a subordinate to send him some pictures. A few minutes later I noticed them posted on his social media twitter as if he was there.
