A Question of Ethics: The JM Dilemma

So how much longer do we continue to be the laughingstock of Florida law enforcement?

We all know that JM will never step aside because: A) he lacks the mental maturity and moral fortitude to do what's right for his agency and fellow officers, and B) he knows that NO other agency would even consider hiring someone with his background and family ties. Once he leaves the protection accorded by our corrupt little chief his career is over.

Think about it...his moral character was formed by being raised by dirty cops who worked for major cocaine distributors who ripped off buyers WHILE IN UNIFORM in return for up to $15,000 per kilo. The Miami-Dade IA has phone taps of his uncle asking a narcotic dealer if he wants the victims to be beaten up during the rip offs. (see below link)

Is it any wonder why he sees no problems partying with ho's as they do cocaine right in front of him? Or illegally abusing dangerous anabolic steroids? Or attempting to rape a juvenile while in uniform? And God only knows what else!

When Chief Velazquez refuses to even temporarily suspend him after his last escapade because of "operational need", (meaning this clown is so valuable to the department that we cannot go forward without him), this is an insult to every ethical cop in the PD. How much longer do we have to address questions by family and acquaintances about "why that bad cop is still there."

So what is the solution?
