Sgt. Jeff Komorowski of Mulberry falsifies reports

I recently had an encounter with Sgt. Jeff Komorowski from Mulberry. He was arrogant, rude and condescending, of which I had a problem with. I did not like his attitude and so I lost my temper when answering his questions.

This is something you do not do with someone who has a Napoleon complex. He decided to inflict as much personal and financial misery on me that he possibly could.

I was arrested for a violation I maintained I did not commit. It was a weak case and he knew it.

So, in order to support his decision to arrest me, he completely falsified the accident and arrest report.
When I was able to obtain a copy of the arrest report, it was a complete fabrication of the events. Everything in it was a lie.

I could lay it all out, but it wont make much difference. He even went as far as to take my insurance card and write another citation for failure to provide proof of insurance.

I am very pro law enforcement and am a Gold member of Florida Sheriff's Association, but Komorowski is corrupt and gives law enforcement a black eye.

I know there is nothing I can do about it, but I am still paying for this because of his corrupt actions. I only hope he is caught doing this some day because he taints all of the honest law enforcement officers out there, who do their jobs honestly.
