Attending Roll Calls

Why doesn’t the interm Sheriff attend roll calls? I see him at every event for minorities, kids, LGBTQ, pets, but nobody sees this guy at a roll call. Weak leadership. Only thing I saw, was that clown Col. Z at a roll call on TT’s behalf. Thanks man, sending a guy with 5yrs on to my roll call.
