Edward Cutie has started a protest called free small rod. There will be a protest in front of the old Federal Court House building on March 15, 2020 at 3 p.m. Please make contact with Officer Cutie prior to the event to purchase your free small rod shirts. Each shirt will have a picture of Jay on the back and on the front the T-shirt states FREE SMALL ROD. Included with the price of the shirt you receive a free photograph with the Cape Coral Town Drunk Sgt. Thompson.
