We never hear from the PBA. What’s new with the reopener in our contract?

Getting information from the PBA is near impossible. I want to know what’s happening to the reopener. Are us young guys getting screw AGAIN?
Or, everyone getting zippo from the worst Mayor in Miami DADE history?
